And now, add to the mix; the skills, contacts and reputation of Lee Martin who joined Richard and James as a Partner in early 2017 to create and front the company’s new homes department, which is aptly named ‘Richard James New Homes Hub’.

 

Lee is well known in the North London and Northern Home Counties property market having until recently been a partner at a North London 60+ year property business, one of the region's largest and most established New Homes Agency. Whilst there, just over three years ago; Lee assisted in the smooth and successful acquisition by a National Corporate well-known property company Hamptons International under the Countrywide regime and set up a new and successful business for said company in the Chilterns and Buckinghamshire district.

 

Lee’s CV is lengthy and impressive. While running the New Homes agency he became a font of all knowledge when it comes to the new homes property scene in North London and the surrounding Home Counties, and has worked with every major developer, from The Berkeley Group and Cala Homes to Redrow and Shanly Homes, not to mention many private and non-corporate developers over the last 18 years.

 

He has been successful in selling out schemes for all his illustrious clients, from single houses to developments with 1000+ units.

 

In the past three years, he has also been successful in areas such as Beaconsfield, Rickmansworth, Gerrards Cross, St Albans and Amersham; selling out for the likes of Inland Homes, Titan and Manorgrove Homes.

 

This happy triumvirate, Richard, James and Lee, are all North London boys, born and bred and they quite simply, live, work and breathe the North London and Hertfordshire property scene; and they have already become recognised as undisputed market leaders, building an enviable reputation for expertise along the way.

 

Richard James New Homes Hub have quickly won instructions on several Landmark developments such as St William’s Flagship scheme; ‘Fairwood Place’ in Borehamwood WD6 under the Berkeley Group, as well as recently winning yet another yet larger Berkeley group instruction in Watford.

 

They are also sole agents on Heronslea Group’s new scheme named ‘The Project’ in Mill Hill NW7, along with an agency with Redrow Homes development ‘Colindale Gardens’ NW9. 

 

With the New Homes side of the business launching so successfully, they are proud to announce the opening of their large new office in Borehamwood where St William - Berkeley Group - have together; created a wonderful marketing suite and working atmosphere for Fairwood Place, which is in addition to their established Mill Hill Office, therefore being well positioned to cover both North London and Hertfordshire.

 

And as for the business, they keep a tight control on what is going on, they deal with clients big and small, National Corporate to smaller Private developers first hand.  All the time they are at pains to deliver elements of customer service that are often sadly neglected by larger concerns - such as personal contact (usually by face rather than on the phone or via email), attention to detail, consistency of performance and good old-fashioned courtesy.
