After meeting five agents, we selected Richard & Natalie, for credible enthusiasm and sensible pricing. The marketing was well planned and executed, and the pictures of the house looked drop dead gorgeous! The house was not the most difficult to sell, but there were lots of opportunities for errors and laziness which could have resulted in failure and Richard & Natalie made none of these. Agents have little standing to tell a prospective buyer and their challenging lawyer what to do and when to do it, but Richard & Natalie managed this phase with care & expertise.
