Dear Richard I would like to start this letter with a basic thank you for all you have done to enable me to exchange in 2.5 weeks on the above property (which is pretty remarkable). You went beyond all expectation of the traditional Estate Agent even visiting the Council yourself to pick up documents which were holding up the exchange, needless to say giving us first option on a house before it went on the market.
