About Us

Richard James was formed by Richard Power and James Goldsobel in April 2004 to act as a specialist agency dealing with high calibre property in North West London and is one of the recognised market leaders in Mill Hill, Totteridge, Arkley and Hendon areas.

We have built an enviable reputation for being experts in our field and for selling some of the finest properties in the area. Our name has become synonymous with good quality property and therefore an endorsement of excellence. Our dedicated, discreet and proactive sales team will work tirelessly to achieve your expectations or even to surpass them! 

We offer a full letting and management service for any property from a studio through to ambassadorial residences. We deal exclusively with many corporate bodies, relocation agents and embassies.

Our in house lettings specialists are able to advise on valuation, landlord’s legal obligations, insurance, referencing and contracts.

Our state of the art offices in the heart if Mill Hill Broadway are manned daily longer than any of our local competition. If we are lucky enough to win your instruction each and every viewing is accompanied by an experienced member of staff (including weekends).

We have an extensive database of applicants registered with us at any given point in time. Often we are able to secure a sale before property particulars are even drawn up but in the event that they are necessary we will produce a set of colour property details which will include a floorplan, property description and professional taken images of your home (on sole agency instructions).
